Enrollment is valid for 1 year from date of registration.  If course is not completed within 1-year, the student may re-enroll for a second year at a reduced enrollment fee.

Students may request a cancellation/refund of their enrollment at any time.  All refunds are contingent upon no exams being taken, and the return of unused, undamaged study material, if any.  Cancellations made within 10 days of enrollment will receive a full refund, less $25 administrative fee.   After 10 days, requests for refunds are at the discretion of The Realty Academy, and are not guaranteed.

EXAM POLICY AND PROCEDURES
Upon enrollment, students will be required to provide their email address and driver’s license #.  This information will become the student’s unique log-in identifier at the secured site log in screen. Students are required to spend a minimum of 18 days/45 hours reading and studying the material

for this course. 


Students may log into the test website and view their exam eligibility date, but not the exam itself. The date the exam becomes available will be controlled by the computer server maintaining the website.  Students will

not have access to the exam until the state-required study period has expired.  Once eligible, a link to access the final exam will be made available. 


While on the exam website, all internet/pc save, download, print, copy and/or capture functions will be disabled to prevent any portion of the exam being duplicated and to protect the integrity of the exam(s).


THE FINAL EXAM is an open book exam, consisting of 100 multiple choice questions.  Students will have 2.5 hours to complete the exam.  Once the exam starts, it cannot be paused.  If students do not finish in the allotted time, the exam will be scored and graded “as is”.  Minimum passing percentage is 60%

.
FAILED EXAMS – If a student fails final exam “A”, they will have immediate access to final exam “B”.  If they fail both final exam “A” and exam “B”, student must repeat the course and the 18-day waiting period.


UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION of the exam students will have the option to print a “certificate of completion”.

 
DUPLICATE CERTIFICATES are free of charge for 1 year from date of registration.  The fee for duplicate certificates after 1 year is $25 per certificate.
